SLOW FOOD MANIFESTO / 30 YEARS

On December 10, 1989, delegates from around the world signed the Slow Food Manifesto at the Opéra Comique theater in Paris, officially launching the movement’s international activities. To mark the 30th anniversary of this important date, the “30 Years of the Slow Food Manifesto – Our Food, Our Planet, Our Future”, Slow Food realized a web and social video campaign.
